There have been a number of friends, and people inquiring about my Poms and how I became an owner/breeder of this wonderful breed. Here is my story!I have had Poms all my life starting with my Mom, she had a white Pom when we lived in Germany at my age of 3 yrs. old. My father was in the Army and we were stationed there in 1948-1952. My Grandmother Spencer, became a breeder/show of Pomeranians in Ventura California , for several years, (1959-65) showing her Poms at the dog shows I always remember her puppies and her love for all her Poms. The years past, marriage, then 2 daughters, Bettye and Brenda, raised them up through high school, then their marriage. In 1997 Gene retired after 34 yrs. at 3m Co. that is when I got my first AKC REG. Pom named “Tawni” (girl) and then got another named “Skippi” (boy) and thus decided to become a breeder of Poms. PIC OF THEIR 1ST LITTER BELOW!I don’t show my Poms, but I do some training, learned how to groom them, and love all my puppies when they come. I have learned so much in these years of breeding, met a lot of other good breeders who are now my friends. I now specialize in Pure Whites, Cream/Sables and Creams which are my favorite colors; I also have red/sables that are my favorites too.This is my story of how I have gotten to where I am today. I know I will be doing this until I can’t do it anymore and then retire, but will always have a Pom with me till I go over the rainbow bridge to join them and everyone else that I have loved!
